As a local resident, we know that a thriving Hillsborough and rural Orange County is important to you and we believe that is connected to the health and well-being of our youth. By helping them reach their greatest potential, we are not only impacting individuals and families, we are helping our town and community prosper. Unfortunately, alcohol and other drugs can often derail the bright futures ahead for our youth.
Prevention work is the most cost effective way we can help our community, Unfortunately, it is often underfunded. There is a need for more action in Orange County so that we can continue and further develop this important work. Therefore, Orange Partnership is kicking off its first Do Your Part Campaign. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation and help us reach our goal of $6,000. Your dollars will be put to work right here in Hillsborough and rural Orange County so that we can continue to build on our recent accomplishments, such as:

The Safe Homes Network is a community of parents and other adults who have pledged NOT to provide alcohol, tobacco or other drugs to youth. They are promising to make reasonable efforts to ensure that youth are not obtaining or using these substances in their home or on their property.
The partnership gives network members a directory of others who have signed the pledge. We will also keep members
up-to date on the issue of youth substance abuse through a bi-annual e-newsletter where you can learn how to encourage others to join our efforts.
